Facilities and infrastructure

DTU National Food Institute has a range of state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure, which is used in conjunction with the institute's research, research-based advisory tasks and innovation as well as for teaching purposes.

The wide range of facilities and infrastructure includes specialized laboratory facilities, databases, computer models and different test facilities.

The institute comprises approximately 6,060 m² of modern standard and specialised laboratories, and high-performance hardware/software for statistics, AI/ML modelling and database hosting.
