In her PhD project at the National Food Institute Barbara Vad Andersen has examined the factors that influence consumers' sense of satisfaction when eating food thereby producing new knowledge about the concepts of food satisfaction and sensory satisfaction. A method to measure satisfaction in consumer studies has also been developed in the project.
