The Master of Sustainable and Safe Food Production is an online research-based continuing education programme at MSc level and a collaboration between the University of Copenhagen and DTU.
It aims to boost the competences of employees tasked with managing sustainability and/or safety in food production and processing in both the public and private sectors. Over the two-year programme, you'll learn about the various facets of sustainability and food safety across the entire production chain. The curriculum is designed to help you apply your newfound knowledge directly to your daily professional work.
During the webinar on 28 November 2023, you will have the opportunity to learn how new competences within sustainability and food safety assessment are needed to handle new challenges in practice. You will be able to ask any type of questions regarding the study programme. There will also be a discussion about how the Master degree can support graduates in their career development.
The Master programme is relevant for professionals in the food industry, private or public food production, food safety, quality and control, researchers and/or teachers in the field of food science.
