This year’s theme for the annual Uni Food Day is advancements in plant-based ingredients. Uni Food Day is where companies and university researchers come together to explore and discuss key industry challenges. You’ll hear from Tetra Pak on challenges with protein products, Ferm Food on food safety, and Brannatura on off-flavors in plant proteins.
Each session includes a presentation of a company challenge, followed by expert analyses from researchers at the University of Copenhagen, Aarhus University, and DTU. The event will be held in English.
