Highlights from the first half of 2024 at DTU National Food Institute

In the first half of 2024, the DTU National Food Institute has provided advice and conducted research that promotes health, prevents disease, and creates new, more sustainable foods. The institute also welcomed a new EU reference laboratory, a new virtual center, and a new Head of Institute.
