Every year, humans are affected by diseases transmitted from the food we eat or from animals in our surroundings. Gravlax and minced beef were the two major contributors to last year's human outbreaks. At the seminar on 27 August 2025, researchers and experts will present the latest knowledge about pathogenic microorganisms in food, animals, and humans in Denmark.
The seminar will be in Danish and take place at DTU on Wednesday, 27 August, from 1 PM to 4 PM. You can participate physically in Lyngby or join online. Participation is free.
