Salmon
Every year, humans are affected by diseases transmitted from the food we eat or from animals in our surroundings. Gravlax and minced beef were the two major contributors to last year's human outbreaks. At the seminar on June 19, 2025, researchers and experts will present the latest knowledge about pathogenic microorganisms in food, animals, and humans in Denmark.

The seminar will be in Danish and take place at DTU on Thursday, June 19, from 1 PM to 4 PM. You can participate physically in Lyngby or join online. Participation is free.
