Professor Joseph M Nguta: Professor Joseph Mwanzia Nguta is an Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology, at the Department of Public Health, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Nairobi. He has research interests in Natural Product Pharmacology and Toxicology, Environmental Toxicology, One Health and Research Ethics. He is widely published and cited in his area of expertise.
Two MSc and three PhD students have been competitively selected and recruited into Ameliorate project. They comprise of two female and three male students, with each one of them responding to specific Ameliorate project research objectives.
