Education
A degree from DTU within the field of food science and technology will provide you with the qualifications needed to work within areas that are essential to the development of the global food market.
The most central areas are: risk analysis, food safety, food production, product development, biotechnology and management. You will thus be well equipped to take on a job in the food industry, the public sector or the research community.
The DTU National Food Institute provides courses in healthy, safe and sustainable food to the Master of Science in Food Technology, the master programme in Sustainable and Safe Food Production (continuing education), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Safety and Quality, which is taught in Danish.
It is also possible to pursue a carreer as a PhD research student.
