A degree from DTU within the field of food science and technology will provide you with the qualifications needed to work within areas that are essential to the development of the global food market.

The most central areas are: risk analysis, food safety, food production, product development, biotechnology and management. You will thus be well equipped to take on a job in the food industry, the public sector or the research community.

At the DTU National Food Institute you can study for a Master of Science in Food Technology (MSc) or choose to become a PhD research student.

Brewing Science and Technology is a study line under the Food Technology program.

We also offer at master program in Sustainable and Safe Food Production (continuing education).

Apart from these programs, which are taught in English, the institute offers bachelor of engineering studies, which are being conducted in Danish.
