The DANMAP Seminar 2024 in the Demant Hall at DTU, Technical University of Denmark, Anker Engelunds Vej 1, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby

Every year during week 47, stakeholders worldwide focus on the risks associated with inappropriate and unnecessary use of antibiotics. In this context, the parties behind the Danish monitoring program DANMAP invite you to a seminar on antibiotic use and resistance in Denmark.

The seminar reviews the key findings from the annual DANMAP report, which details the use of antibiotics in animals and humans, as well as the occurrence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in animals, food, and humans in Denmark. Additionally, other topics relevant to antibiotic use and resistance will be presented by invited speakers.

The seminar will be held on 18 November 2026 at DTU, Technical University of Denmark and more information will follow.
