AltProteinX Conference 2025

Are you interested in plant-based foods, fermentation, and cellular agriculture – the next generation of foods and novel food? Then mark your calendar for 4 November 2025 and join the AltProteinX Conference at DTU Lyngby Campus.

The student initiative DTU Alt Protein Project and the DTU National Food Institute invite you to the AltProteinX Conference on 4 November 2025.

The conference will bring together researchers, students, and professionals from companies and entrepreneurs who share an interest in developing the sustainable food systems of the future.

Part of the programme includes a scientific poster session, where researchers can present their latest findings about alternative proteins, e.g. related to protein functionality, fermentation, food safety, consumer research, environmental assessments, or next-generation foods. See the full programme here: AltProteinX Programme 2025
