How healthy are the Nordic populations today? Have we moved closer to the latest Nordic Nutrition Recommendations? How have diet, physical activity, alcohol and nicotine use, and weight status changed over the past decade in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden?
This research webinar provides a presentation of the new results from NORMO 2025, with a focus on study design, key indicators and comparisons across countries for the period 2014 -2024. The webinar is a scientific follow-up to the morning launch of NORMO 2025 and will go further into methodsand interpretation of the findings. NORMO is the joint Nordic monitoring of diet, physical activity and overweight/obesity, as well as nicotine and alcohol use.
The webinar is presented by Sisse Fagt, Senior Advisor at the DTU National Food Institute and project leader of NORMO 2025. She will present the key results and discuss similarities and differences between the five Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
