The DTU National Food Institute invites you to an international conference hosted by ANSES in Maisons-Alfort, France, and online. The conference will bring together researchers, experts and authorities for presentations and professional exchange on AI, data and advanced biological analysis methods in future surveillance, detection and risk assessment.
The joint conference is organised by the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES), the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR), the National Institute of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation (NIFDS) in South Korea and the DTU National Food Institute.
About the conference
The conference will focus on what AI and data can realistically contribute to food safety, animal health and plant health – and where the limitations of the technology lie.
From real-time data to predictive intelligence, the conference is about science in practice from a One Health perspective.
You can hear presentations from leading international researchers and experts, as well as representatives of the organising institutions. All presentations will be in English.
