The National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark, invites you to Anders Burild’s PhD defence about storage of vitamin D3. The defence will take place Friday, 31 October 2014 at 13.00.
Anders Burild from the National Food Institute has investigated the turnover of vitamin D3 in minipigs after irradiation with UV-B light and feeding with vitamin D3. A mathematical model for minipigs which describes the vitamin D3 concentration in blood and tissues after irradiation with UV-B light or ingestion of vitamin D3 has been developed.
