The National Food Institute invites to Louise Boysen’s PhD defence on the development of the campylobacter situation in the Danish broiler production to the benefit to future decisions regarding management of campylobacter. The defence takes place 11 May 2012 at 14.00.
In her PhD, Louise Boysen from the National Food Institute provides an evaluation of the management of campylobacter in the Danish broiler production and the effects of implemented control measures at slaughterhouses from 2001 to 2010. The studies included analysis of Danish surveillance data from retail broiler flocks and broiler meat.
