PhD defence on bioactive peptides

The National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark, invites you to Susan Skanderup Falkenberg’s PhD defence on discovering and characterising novel bioactive peptides from marine secondary products and hydrolysates from these products. The defence will take place on 28 May 2014 at 1pm.

In her PhD project, Susan Skanderup Falkenberg from the National Food Institute had as her overall goal to discover and characterise novel bioactive peptides from marine secondary products, e.g. salmon gills, belly flap muscles and skin as well as hydrolysates from these products.
