DTU Food is looking for a postdoc for a 3-years position with focus on the determination of vitamin active compounds in foods. This includes possible changes in activity during processing as well as the influence of processing on bioavailability. The primary analytical technique will be advanced LC-MS/MS techniques.

As our new colleague you will be working in the Research Group on Bioactives – Analysis and Application at the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark (DTU Food).  One of the focus areas of the group is investigation of the natural content of vitamins in foods and their bioavailability. You will be part of a dynamic team with high international visibility, many research collaborations with leading international universities and organisations and a successful track record of national and international research projects.
