PhD defence on improving performance in fish supply chains

The National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark invites to Maria Randrup Rasmussen’s PhD defence on how the performance in fish supply chains can be improved to increase the chain’s competitive position. The defence takes place 4 June 2012 at 13.00.

In her PhD, Maria Randrup Rasmussen from the National Food Institute has studied the praxis in two fish supply chains. On the basis of that study, proposals have been made on how performance can be improved within fish quality, information flow and traceability. The study should contribute to increase the chain’s competitive position.
