Conference on reducing the climate footprint

Food, fish and agriculture Food production Food technology
Join a conference about the work of reducing the climate footprint in the agri-food industry on 8 and 9 September 2022 in Copenhagen. SEGES Innovation is the host, and DTU National Food Institute contributes

In the agri-food industry, scientists, experts, and companies are all working to combine new knowledge and technologies in the production chain, so the industry can reduce the climate footprint.

To push the development in the right direction, it is necessary to implement knowledge from research into practice in the industry. Therefore, the climate conference Agri-Food & Science Circle 2022 will help facilitate the cooperation between agricultural and food scientists and processing companies, by involving both Danish universities and companies from the food industry.

From DTU National Food Institute, Professor and Head of Research Group, Peter Ruhdal Jensen is a member of the scientific committee and Associate Professor Timothy Hobley is one of the main speakers. Timothy Hobley’s speech will revolve around the subject of circular perspectives in the agri-food system.
