Professor Peter Ruhdal Jensen from the National Food Institute gives the presentation "From Waste to Resource" at a masterclass held by the Danish Food Cluster at the Technical University of Denmark on January 24, 2018.

Danish Food Cluster invites to a masterclass at the Technical University of Denmark with professor Michael Zwicky Hauschild from DTU Management Engineering and professor Peter Ruhdal Jensen from the National Food Institute to give presentations on sustainability in food production.

Professor Michael Zwicky Hauschild  gives a presentation on climate and sustainability, and professor Peter Ruhdal Jensen gives a presentation on turning waste streams into sustainable resources.

This masterclass is relevant for all food producers, researchers and others interested in circular economy, waste streams and sustainability challenges facing the food industry.
