The National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark, invites you to Siu Hung Joshua Chan’s PhD defence on the metabolism of the lactic acid bacterium Lactococcus lactis. The defence takes place on 28 April 2015 at 14.00.

In his PhD project at the National Food Institute, Siu Hung Joshua Chan has studied how different factors affect the metabolic shift in the lactic acid bacterium Lactococcus lactis. He also developed a method for calculating the metabolic pathways used in the metabolic network.
