PhD defence on process calculations in the food industry

Food technology Food production

The National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark, invites you to Martin Gram Christensen’s PhD defence on the development of simple calculation tools for the food-manufacturing industry. The defence takes place on 15 December 2014 at 13.00.

In his PhD project at the National Food Institute, Martin Gram Christensen developed simple calculation tools in the form of general equations which can be incorporated into spreadsheets to facilitate the application of these calculations in food-manufacturing industries. These new tools are intended to make the implementation of the calculations in process planning possible, thus optimising the use of heating and cooling processes.

See the invitation to Martin Gram Christensen’s PhD defence of the thesis: “Formulation and validation of applied engineering equations for heat transfer processes in the food industry”.
