The National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark, invites you to Anna Kjerstine Rosenmai’s PhD defence on problematic compounds in food packaging materials. The defence will take place on 30 January 2015 at 13.00.
In the first part of her PhD project at the National Food Institute Anna Kjerstine Rosenmai studied five bisphenol A analogues and 19 fluorinated substances to test for endocrine disruptive effects. In the second part of the project Anna Kjerstine Rosenmai developed a test strategy to identify problematic compounds in paper and board food packaging materials.
