The National Food Institute is closed during Easter week

The National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark, is moving and as such is closed from Monday 10 April through to Wednesday 12 April 2017. During the Easter week all office spaces will move from Mørkhøj to DTU Lyngby Campus and as of 18 April will have a new main address. All laboratory facilities will be relocated during the coming months.

DTU Aqua, the National Food Institute and the National Veterinary Institute are moving in to joint facilities at DTU Lyngby Campus. The institutes are moving to brand new as well as remodelled facilities in buildings 201, 202, 204 and 205B. 

The National Food Institute will also continue its activities and have staff located in buildings 221, 222 and 227, but several research groups are moving from particularly 221 to the aforementioned buildings.

The center of life science and bioengineering

The buildings will house a significant part of DTU’s life science and bioengineering activities and create the setting for a unique professional environment with state of the art facilities for research, innovation, education and research-based advice.

Closed during Easter week

During Easter week all office spaces will move from Mørkhøj along with some of the offices from building 221 and 227 in Lyngby. Therefore the institute is closed from Monday 10 April through to Wednesday 12 April 2017.

All laboratory facilities will be relocated during the coming months.

New address

In connection with the office relocations the National Food Institute will get a new main address as of 18 April 2017:

The institute’s current address in Mørkhøj will not close until the move has been completed. As such, packages can still be delivered to the goods reception in Mørkhøj.

However, packages that are sent to the institute in Lyngby should in future be addressed to:
