Antimicrobial resistance, nutrition and dietary habits, chemical exposure, risk assessment and disease-causing microorganisms. These are the headings for five new special topic portals on the National Food Institute’s website where information about the institute’s activities and research results is assembled. Over time more topics will be added

The National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark, researches and communicates sustainable and value-adding solutions in the areas of food and health for the benefit of society and industry. The work is carried out in a unique interdisciplinary cooperation between 12 research groups and one division, which are all presented on the National Food Institute’s website under Research.

In order to assemble knowledge about the institute’s activities and research results in a way that covers topics of broad general interest, a number of special topic portals have been created. Initially five sites have been created covering antimicrobial resistance, nutrition and dietary habits, chemical exposure, risk assessment and disease-causing microorganisms. Over time more topics will be added.

Part of the information has previously been available on the National Food Institute’s website, and can now be found on the special topic portals.
